1901. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1901 GENERAL PROVISIONS 1901.1 Each private sedan business shall be registered under this chapter. 1901.2 Each digital dispatch service associated or affiliated with a private sedan business shall be registered with the Office under Chapter 16. 1901.3 Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as soliciting or creating a contractual relationship, agency relationship, or employer-employee relationship between the District and any other person. 1901.4 The District shall have no liability for the negligent, reckless, illegal, or otherwise wrongful conduct of any individual or entity which provides private sedan service.
