104. QUORUM

104 QUORUM 104.1 A majority of the Commissioners in office shall constitute a quorum for taking official action or votes at all meetings of the Commission. A meeting may commence for the consideration of matters not requiring official action or a vote when a majority of Commissioners in office are not present.
