2107. SUMMARY ADJUDICATION

2107 SUMMARY ADJUDICATION 2107.1 An appellant may request that an appeal of a decision to deny a new or renewed license be decided summarily, without a hearing. 2107.2 Each motion for summary adjudication shall be supported by evidence that identifies the facts not in dispute, with appropriate affidavits, and citations to relevant legal authority.
