210 OFFICIAL OFFICES OF THE COMMISSION AND OFFICE HOURS 210.1 The official offices of the Commission shall be 2041 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20020. 210.2 The office hours of the Commission are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 210.3 Public records of the Panel on Rates and Rules may be examined in the offices of the Commission during normal office hours.
