309. NOTICES AND CORRESPONDENCE

309 NOTICES AND CORRESPONDENCE 309.1 The Chairperson shall sign or designate a person to sign the following: (a) All notices to members of the Panel of regular and special meetings; (b) All notices and correspondence signifying proposed and final actions of the Panel or of hearing panels; and (c) All appointments of committees and panels where appointments are within the powers of the Chairperson.
