202. LOT DIMENSIONS

LOT DIMENSIONS 202.1 Except as provided elsewhere in this title, the minimum required lot width and lot area for the creation of a new lot of record shall be as set forth in the following table: TABLE D § 202.1: MINIMUM LOT WIDTH AND LOT AREA Zones Type of Structure Minimum Lot Width (ft.)
