3702. INTERNAL INQUIRY

3702 INTERNAL INQUIRY 3702.1 An internal inquiry shall involve an examination by the Director of a possible violation of the Act, when the possible violation comes to the attention of the Director. 3702.2 The Director may initiate an internal inquiry through the following sources: Information obtained through the media; or Documents filed with the OCF. 3702.3 Within a reasonable time after examination of an internal inquiry, the Director shall determine whether to initiate a preliminary investigation.
