4106 LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF EXPLORATORY COMMITTEE FUNDS 4106.1 Exploratory committee funds shall be used solely for the purpose of financing, directly or indirectly, an examination of the feasibility of becoming a candidate for a public office in the District of Columbia. 4106.2 The provisions of § 3013 of Chapter 30 of this title, concerning impermissible uses of campaign funds, shall apply to exploratory committees unless the expenditures stated therein are solely related to exploratory activities.
