402. NOTICE OF HEARINGS

402 NOTICE OF HEARINGS 402.1 The parties shall be given sufficient opportunity to prepare for the hearing. 402.2 The Board’s Office of General Counsel shall send a notice of hearing to the party or parties involved which shall: (a) Provide the time, date, and location of the hearing; (b) Reference applicable statutes, rules, or regulations; (c) State the purpose of the hearing; (d) Advise the party or parties that they may be represented by counsel or other representative of their choosing; and (e) Advise the party or parties that they may bring witnesses.
