1509 BULLYING PREVENTION PROGRAMS 1509.1 Each covered entity is encouraged to: (a) Establish an ongoing bullying prevention program for youth such that the program is aligned with established health-education standards; (b) Inform youth about their right to be free from discrimination in public accommodations and education and of the redress available for a violation of their rights under the Human Rights Act; and (c) Provide training on bullying prevention to all volunteers who have significant contact with youth.
