404. LOT OCCUPANCY

LOT OCCUPANCY 404.1 In the R-1A/FH, R-1B/FH, and R-2/FH zones, except for public recreation and community centers, the maximum permitted lot occupancy for all structures shall be thirty percent (30%). 404.2 In the R-1A/FH, R-1B/FH, and R-2/FH zones, the maximum permitted lot occupancy for public recreation and community centers shall be as set forth in Subtitle D § 210.1.
