5003. MAXIMUM BUILDING AREA

5003 MAXIMUM BUILDING AREA 5003.1 The maximum building area for an accessory building in an R-1 or R-2 zone shall be an area equal to the greater of thirty (30%) of the required rear yard area or six hundred and fifty square feet (650 sq. ft.). 5003.2 The maximum building area for an accessory building in an R-3 zone shall be an area equal to the greater of thirty (30%) of the required rear yard area or five hundred and fifty (550 sq. ft.).
