505. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 505.1 In the R-1A/TS/NO zone, the provisions of Subtitle X, Chapter 3, shall not operate to permit a planned unit development to exceed the height limits of Subtitle D 502, or the area, bulk, and yard standards that apply as a matter of right in the R-1A zone.
