601. HEIGHT

HEIGHT 601.1 In the R-1B/NO and R-3/NO zones, the maximum permitted height and number of stories for all buildings, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, shall be forty feet (40 ft.) and three (3) stories. 601.2 In the R-1B/NO and R-3/NO zones, the height of a building shall be measured as follows: (a) The height of a building shall be the vertical distance measured from the level of the curb opposite the middle of the front of the building to the highest point of the roof or parapet; and (b) The curb elevation opposite the middle of the front of the building shall be determined as the average elevation of the lot from its front line to its rear line.
