603. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 603.1 In the R-1B/NO zone, the provisions of Subtitle X, Chapter 3, shall not operate to permit a planned unit development to exceed the height limits of Subtitle D § 601, or the area, bulk, and yard standards that apply as a matter of right in the R-1B zone. 603.2 In the R-3/NO zone, the provisions of Subtitle X, Chapter 3, shall not operate to permit a planned unit development to exceed the height limits of Subtitle D § 601, or the area, bulk, and yard standards that apply as a matter of right in the R-3 zone.
