5207 PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN QUALIFICATIONS 5207.1 Parents or legal guardians who wish to be their children’s instructors must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 5207.2 A parent or legal guardian who wishes to provide home schooling instruction and does not have a high school diploma or its equivalent may petition the OSSE for a waiver of section 5207.1.
