100 GENERAL PROVISIONS 100.1 The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards, procedures and requirements for the following: The operation and governance of the District of Columbia State Athletics Commission (DCSAC); The operation of the District of Columbia State Athletic Association (DCSAA); The operation of the DCSAA Athletic Appeals Panel; and Student eligibility and participation in interscholastic athletic programs and competitions.
