401 HEIGHT 401.1 In the RF-1/CAP zone, a place of worship may be erected to a height not exceeding forty feet (40 ft.) and three (3) stories, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure. 401.2 In the RF-1/CAP zone, a public recreation and community center may be erected to a height not exceeding forty feet (40 ft.) with no limit on number of stories, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure. 401.3 In the RF-1/CAP zone, the provisions of Subtitle E §§ 203.7 and 203.8 shall not apply.
