5005. SIDE YARD

SIDE YARD 5005.1 An accessory building other than a shed may be located within a side yard in an RF zone provided that the accessory building is set back at least seven and one-half feet (7.5 ft.) from the centerline of any alley. 5005.2 A shed may be located within a required side yard of a principal building.
