2500 CONTINUATION OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS Title XXV of D.C. Law 2-139 continues in effect the provisions of subchapter III of chapter 73 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code, affecting political activities of employees of the District of Columbia. Therefore, the Federal regulations in Part 733 of Title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations and applicable parts of the Federal Personnel Manual and District Personnel Manual will continue to apply to employees of the District of Columbia.
