2615. DISTRICT MATCHING CONTRIBUTION

2615 DISTRICT MATCHING CONTRIBUTION For participants employed by the Council of the District of Columbia, Office of the District of Columbia Auditor, and the Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, the District shall contribute an amount equal to an employee’s deferrals to the 401(a) Plan each pay period not to exceed three percent (3%) of his or her base salary. The District does not make matching contributions to the 401(a) Plan accounts of other employees.
