2619. TERMINATING ENROLLMENT

2619 TERMINATING ENROLLMENT A person’s enrollment in the 457(b) Plan shall terminate when one (1) of the following occurs: The participant terminates employment with the District, or The participant ceases to be eligible to participate in the 457(b) Plan. A participant who ceases to be eligible to participate in the 457(b) Plan, but who remains an employee of the District, shall be entitled to withdraw all of the funds from his or her account upon termination of employment.
