3723 FINANCIAL REPORTS 3723.1 To the extent required under any code of professional responsibility for Administrative Law Judges adopted pursuant to section 8(a)(9) of the Act, D.C. Official Code § 2-1831.05(a)(9), each Administrative Law Judge shall file a copy of the disclosure form required by D.C. Official Code § 1-1106.02 with the Commission within five (5) days of filing it with the Board of Elections and Ethics. 3723.2 The intentional failure by an Administrative Law Judge to file a report required by this section, or the intentional or reckless filing of a materially inaccurate report, shall constitute willful misconduct in office and shall be grounds for removal from office, or other disciplinary action, by the Commission.
