3736. FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

3736 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 3736.1 Within ninety (90) days after the close of the record in any formal proceeding, the Commission shall issue written findings of fact and conclusions of law. 3736.2 A copy of the findings and conclusions shall be served on the Administrative Law Judge and his or her counsel, if any. 3736.3 A copy of the findings and conclusions also shall be filed with the Clerk, together with the entire record.
