AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES Each agency may implement agency-specific travel approval procedures to supplement this chapter, as long as the procedures are not inconsistent with these regulations. However, only the personnel authority may develop approved forms. No agency may impose requirements or restrictions that conflict with this chapter.
