TRANSPORTATION: AUTHORIZED POINTS OF ORIGINATION AND RETURN The authorized points of origination and return for an employee’s travel shall be the employee’s place of work, unless the authorizing official approves another point of origination or return based on a determination that travel from or to such other point is more advantageous to the District government.
