4035 LOCAL TRAVEL: GOVERNMENT-OWNED VEHICLE EXPENSES 4035.1 Authorized users of District government vehicles shall obtain necessary gas, oil, maintenance, and repairs from a District government facility and will only be reimbursed for out of pocket expenses (gas, oil, repairs, and other vehicle expenses) when it is impractical to obtain such service at the District’s facilities.
