303 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 303.1 In the RA-1/NO zone, the provisions of Subtitle X, Chapter 3, shall not operate to permit a planned unit development to exceed the height limits of Subtitle F § 301, or the area, bulk, and yard standards that apply as a matter of right in the RA-1 zone.
