431. RANDOM DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING

431 RANDOM DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING 431.1 Employees in safety sensitive positions shall be subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Such employees shall be placed in a random drug and alcohol testing pool. 431.2 Each year, the program administrator shall conduct a number of random drug tests that shall be at least equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total drug and alcohol testing pool. 431.3 Similarly, each year, the program administrator shall conduct a number of alcohol tests that shall be at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the total drug and alcohol testing pool. 431.4 Employees in the drug and alcohol pool shall be randomly selected in a manner consistent with accepted industry practice. 431.5 Random drug and alcohol testing shall be conducted in accordance with ยงยง 425 through 427.
