556 INTERLOCUTORY APPEALS 556.1 Unless authorized by the Board, interlocutory appeals to the Board from rulings by the Executive Director, a hearing examiner, or other Board agents are not permitted. The Board will consider objections to such rulings when it examines the record of the proceeding.
