402 PENTHOUSE AND ROOFTOP STRUCTURE 402.1 In the RA-2/CAP zone, the maximum permitted height of a penthouse or rooftop structure, except as limited by Subtitle C § 1501 on the roof of a single household dwelling or flat, shall be ten feet (10 ft.) and one (1) story.
