1228 ENTITLEMENT TO ACCRUE ANNUAL AND SICK LEAVE 1228.1 Full-time and part-time employees with a scheduled tour of duty, except temporary employees with a less than ninety (90) day appointment, shall be entitled to accrue annual and sick leave.
