1242. ACCRUAL OF SICK LEAVE

1242 ACCRUAL OF SICK LEAVE 1242.1 A full-time employee shall accrue four (4) hours of sick leave for each full biweekly pay period. 1242.2 [RESERVED]. 1242.3 A part-time employee shall earn one (1) hour of sick leave for each twenty (20) hours in a pay status. 1242.4 There is no limit on the amount of sick leave an employee may accumulate. 1242.5 Sick leave shall not be accrued on overtime hours.
