LOCAL TRAVEL: GOVERNMENT-OWNED VEHICLE EXPENSES Authorized users of District government vehicles shall obtain necessary gas, oil, maintenance, and repairs from a District government facility and will only be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses (gas, oil, repairs, and other vehicle expenses) when it is impractical to obtain such service at the District’s facilities.
