702 DISSEMINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICY 702.1 OAG shall disseminate its EEO policies regularly. Managers and supervisors are responsible for implementing equal employment practices within each division. OAG’s EEO Director and HR Manager are responsible for overall EEO compliance and will maintain personnel records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
