1005 AGE REQUIREMENTS AND PROOF OF BIRTH DATE 1005.1 The minimum age for employment in the Educational Service is sixteen (16) years of age. 1005.2 Each employee shall be required to provide proof of his or her birth date at the time of appointment in order to establish eligibility for the retirement benefits.
