1208 MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE 1208.1 The mandatory retirement age shall be seventy (70) years of age for for all employees, except as provided otherwise in this section. 1208.2 The Board of Governors may, by majority vote upon recommendation of the Dean, allow an individual employee to continue in service to the School of Law beyond the mandatory retirement age when the extension would be in the best interests of the School of Law. 1208.3 An extension shall be made for a specific period not to exceed one (1) year. The Board may grant one (1) or more additional extensions, upon the recommendation of the Dean. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 35 DCR 5810 (July 29, 1988).
