2559 NOISE CONTROL ACT OF 1977 2559.1 The contracting officer shall include a clause in each solicitation and contract which requires compliance with the provisions of the D.C. Noise Control Act of 1977 (D.C. Law 2-53, 20 DCMR §3000 et seq.) and the regulations set forth in Title 20 DCMR.
