1120. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT

1120 OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT 1120.1 An employee may accept employment with another organization outside of his or her normal tour of duty hours if that outside employment does not constitute a conflict of interest with the employee's duties or responsibilities at the University. 1120.2 Outside employment shall be approved by the employee's immediate supervisor and the appropriate vice president.
