1463 EARLY APPLICATION FOR TENURE 1463.1 In unusual circumstances, a particularly outstanding faculty member with less than the requisite years of service for tenure eligibility may submit early application for tenure consideration. 1463.2 If tenure is denied based on an early application, the applicant may make final application for tenure consideration at the completion of the requisite years of service.
