1005 HEIGHT 1005.1 In the NMU-4/CC1 and NMU-4/CC2 zones, the maximum permitted building height, not including a penthouse or rooftop structure, shall be as set forth in the following table: TABLE H § 1005.1: MAXIMUM HEIGHT Zones Maximum Height, Not Including Penthouse or Rooftop Structure (ft).
