3004. INDEPENDENT COST ESTIMATE

3004 INDEPENDENT COST ESTIMATE 3004.1 The University shall develop an independent cost estimate for all requirements for supplies, services and construction totaling in excess of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). 3004.2 The independent cost estimate shall be realistic based on the requirement and not on the budget and shall not be disclosed to anyone outside the University.
