3108. INDIRECT COST RATES AND DISALLOWANCE OF COSTS

3108 INDIRECT COST RATES AND DISALLOWANCE OF COSTS 3108.1 The Director of Procurement is authorized to establish indirect cost rates in accordance with the provisions of §1215 of the D.C. Procurement Regulations ("DCPR"). 3108.2 The Director may utilize indirect cost rates established for any contractor by the Director of the D. C. Department of Administrative Services. 3108.3 The following provisions of chapter 12 of the D. C. Procurement Regulations relating to the disallowance of costs and the disallowance of incurred costs shall apply to procurement by the University: (a) DCPR chapter 12, §1216; and (b) DCPR chapter 12, §1217.
