3300 USE OF COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS 3300.1 A contract which does not meet the requirements for the use of competitive sealed bids under the provisions of §3200.1 of chapter 32 of this title shall be awarded by using competitive sealed proposals, except the following : (a) Contracts that are awarded in compliance with the sole source or emergency procurement provisions of chapter 34; and (b) Contracts which qualify for use of small purchase procedures under the provisions of chapter 35.
