801 PUBLICITY 801.1 The President and the Director of Public Affairs of the University may give to the public and representatives of the media information pertaining to the University. 801.2 The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, or his or her designee, shall be responsible for disseminating information relating specifically to the Board.
