2100 VACANT PROPERTY EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS 2100.1 A property owner of an unoccupied property seeking to avoid registration as a vacant property by virtue of an exemption listed in Section 6(b)(3)-(9) of An Act To provide for the abatement of nuisances in the District of Columbia by the Commissioners of said District, and for other purposes (D.C. Official Code ยง 42โ€“3131.06) shall apply for the exemption to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs on a form provided by the Director.
