301. REQUIRED USES

REQUIRED USES The provision of residential use is required in a D zone with an “R”-suffix. A property with frontage on a designated primary or secondary street segment is subject to the use requirements in Subtitle I, Chapter 6 for the sub-area in which the designated street frontage is located.
