USES NOT PERMITTED The following uses shall not be permitted as a matter of right or as a special exception in the D-1-R zone: Lodging; Office use; Firearms sales; and Sexually-oriented business establishments. The following uses shall not be permitted as a matter of right or as a special exception in the D-1-R zone or the D-2-zone: Motorcycles sales and repair; and Production, distribution, and repair uses. The following uses shall not be permitted as a matter of right or as a special exception any D zone: Marine; and Waste-related services.
