303. PENTHOUSE AND ROOFTOP STRUCTURE

303 PENTHOUSE AND ROOFTOP STRUCTURE
303.1 The maximum permitted height of a penthouse or rooftop structure shall be ten feet (10 ft.) and one (1) story.
