1108 USE PERMISSIONS (BF-1) 1108.1 Unless otherwise modified in this section, use permissions for the BF-1 zones are those of the MU-Use Group E of Subtitle U, Chapter 5, including uses permitted as a matter of right, as a special exception, or as an accessory use, and uses not permitted. 1108.2 A building in the BF-1 zones that has frontage along Firth Sterling Avenue, S.E., shall devote the equivalent of not less than fifty percent (50%) of its ground floor linear footage along Firth Sterling Avenue, S.E., at a continuous depth of at least twenty feet (20 ft.) in from the property line, regardless of where such uses are located to uses in the following preferred use categories: (a) Arts, design, and creation; (b) Daytime Care; (c) Eating and drinking establishments; (d) Retail; or (e) Service, including both general and financial services.
